What is the equation for the dissociation of acetic acid ?

CH3COOH(aq) --> CH3COO−(aq) + H+(aq)

Or
CH3COOH(aq) + H2O (l) --> CH3COO−(aq) + H3O+(aq)

What is the dissociation of HNO3?

HNO3 is a strong acid. In water it dissociates to produce H+ ions and NO3- iuons. But it is more correct to show it reacting with the water to form the hydronium ion: HNO3(aq) + H2O(l) → H3O+(aq) + NO3-(aq)

methylamine dissociation equation

CH3NH2(l) + H2O(l) <---> CH3NH3+(aq) + OH-(aq)
